Privacy Policy for Texas Title Loans

This Privacy Policy describes the types of personal information that Texas Title Loans (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Company”) may collect, use, and share when you interact with our websites and mobile platforms (collectively, the “Platforms”). Texas Title Loans is not a lender. We pre-approve applicants and connect them with licensed lenders. Our primary purpose is to connect consumers with third-party financial service providers, including lenders and loan servicers (“Lenders”), that may offer financial products or services. To accomplish this, we may work with other companies that collect consumer inquiries and share them with us. We may also share information with other companies that help connect you with additional financial products or services (collectively, “Partners”). These Partners may collect inquiries online or by phone and forward them to us so we can assist in matching you with relevant financial services.
Children’s Privacy
Texas Title Loans does not knowingly collect or retain Personal Information from individuals under the age of 18. Our Platforms are intended solely for individuals who are at least 18 years old. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a person under 18 without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information. If you believe we may have collected information from someone under 18, please contact us.
Limitations on Sharing Mobile Data
We do not share mobile phone numbers or mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their own promotional or marketing purposes. - With Professional Advisors, such as attorneys or consultants, for legal, compliance, or business purposes.

Texas Title Loans does not sell Personal Information for money, though sharing information with Lenders and Partners for referral or matching purposes may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under specific privacy laws.

Appeals
If we deny your request, email support@texastitleloans.org with "Privacy Appeal" in the subject line. We'll respond in writing within 60 days. If we deny the appeal, you can contact the Texas Attorney General at texasattorneygeneral.gov/consumer-protection.
